Common questions

If you can’t find what you need, please get in touch—we’re happy to help.

How do we arrange a visit?

Contact us to book a convenient time. We’ll show you around, answer questions, and talk through care needs and availability.

What types of care do you provide?

We provide personalised residential care, with dementia care and respite stays subject to availability.

How quickly can someone move in?

Timescales depend on room availability and completing the assessment and paperwork. We’ll guide you through each step and keep things moving.

What’s included in the weekly fee?

Typically this includes accommodation, meals and refreshments, housekeeping, laundry, activities, and day-to-day support. Nursing care and specialist services may be arranged separately where needed.

Can residents bring their own furniture?

Yes—personal items and small pieces of furniture are welcome (space and safety permitting). We’ll help you plan what will work best in the room.

Do you cater for special diets and preferences?

Yes. We can accommodate most dietary needs and preferences. Please tell us about allergies, cultural requirements, or texture-modified diets during admission.
